One Tweet regarding a pirate radio broadcaster blocking a Class C2 noncomm from being heard just 1 mile east of the RBR+TVBR editorial offices led to a Notice of Unlicensed Operation being issued to the landlord of the building from which Enforcement Bureau agents tracked the offending signal’s origin.
Now, the Commission’s Chairman has responded to Media Information Bureau columnist Ken Benner, who recently wrote a letter to Pai seeking his input on some of the top issues facing your broadcast TV or radio stations.
