Markey, Eshoo Lead Support of FCC Net Neutrality

Senator Ed Markey (D-Mass.), Ranking Member Anna Eshoo (D-Calif.) and 27 members of Congress filed an Amicus Brief with the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals in support of the FCC’s Open Internet rules.
