Religious Group WAY-FM has found its way to the key Texas market, and will be making a home there on KVRK-FM. The station is comfortably located on the reserved band south of the 92 MHz dividing line. Broker: Bill Whitley, Media Services Group (seller).
The station is located on 89.7 MHz and plays a Christian Rock format.
The seller is Research Educational Foundation, headed by Stan Thomas.
WAY-FM is headed by Bob and Felice Augsburg.
The price is $2,000,000.
According to Whitley, the Dallas-Fort Worth will instantly become the largest market for the buyer.

We also remain committed to continuing our legacy of strong local community involvement with the new station.”
