Court Vacates FCC Disclosure Directive

GavelAs part of its review of mergers between Comcast/Time Warner Cable, now deceased, and AT&T/DirecTV, still pending, the FCC wanted various third parties to share program content deal information with all parties. The third parties strongly objected.


And the third parties have prevailed in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
