Chairman/CEO Brian Roberts believes his company’s acquisition of Time Warner Cable is a very approvable transaction and that it will get that approval – just one positive event in what the company expects to be a great year.
Even with a leverage level that would be the envy of many, the company will be focusing on keeping it under control despite the challenges of closing the TWC deal.
