Katz Media Group restructures without Stu Olds replacement

After the passing of Katz Media Group (KMG) CEO Stu Olds late last year, the company has unveiled a new organizational structure that will have KMG division heads reporting to Charlie Rahilly, President of National Advertiser Platforms for Clear Channel Radio. Olds’ position as CEO will not be replaced. Mark Gray, President of Katz Radio Group (KRG), will take on the additional responsibilities of overseeing the company’s national marketing and business development arm, Katz Marketing Solutions, as well as Katz Group Sales. Gray was named President of KRG in 2006. In recent years, he’s taken on increasing responsibility in the industry, including joining the RAB’s Executive Committee and serving as Vice President of the Broadcasters Foundation of America.

Gray will report directly to Rahilly, as will Jim Beloyianis, President of Katz Television Group, and Jeff Howard, President of Clear Channel Radio Sales.

In late 2009 Former Premiere Radio Networks President Rahilly was promoted to his current role, overseeing all national ad sales for CC Radio, Katz Media Group, Premiere Radio Networks, CC Radio Digital National Sales, CC Radio Creative Services Group and CC Radio Advertiser Development. KMG had continued to be run by Olds, but he reported to Rahilly.
