An upbeat forecast from the Toll Brothers home building company put Wall Street traders in a stock buying mood. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 44 points, or 0.4%, to 10,291. Broadcasting stocks joined in the celebration.
The RBR Radio Index was up 2.580, or 1.6%, to 165.386.
The TVBR Television Index was up 4.801, or 4.5%, to 112.639.
