We knew that The Kalil Holding Group just sold a pair of FMs on behalf of Blueberry Broadcasting to noncommercial religious specialist Educational Media Foundation. Now we know the price. The Bangor ME-market stations, WGUY-FM Dexter ME and WFZX-FM Searsport ME, will command a $550K price tag, $325K of which EMF will pay pursuant to terms of a promissory note, as is its habit. EMF’s own particular form of LMA, a network affiliation agreement, will be put into place until closing to allow the company to air its K-LOVE contemporary Christian network on the stations.
