In this transaction, Marshall Anstandig is the trustee.
The four are: KLXK and KROO, Breckenridge, Texas and KWKQ and KSWA, Graham, Texas.
Palo Pinto Communications, LP is the buyer.
The price is $95,400 to be paid in immediately available funds at closing.
KLXK is a Class C3 FM with an ERP of 12,500 watts @ 459’ HAAT; it operates on 93.5 MHz.
KROO is a Class D non-directional AM transmitting 640 watts day/17 watts night from a single tower; it operates on 1430 kHz.
KWKQ is a Class C3 FM with an ERP of 10,500 watts @ 486’ HAAT; it operates on 94.7 MHz.
KSWA is a Class D non-directional AM transmitting 500 watts day/51 night from a single tower; it operates on 1330 kHz.
The radio deals are part of a larger transaction; Pinto is also buying the 7 newspaper assets of Graham Newspapers; the price for that transaction was redacted from the radio contract filed with the FCC.
