Now, the Winemillers are selling another property to this company — this time a LPTV facility serving Music City USA.
Marquee Broadcasting is agreeing to purchase W15ER-D in Nashville — formerly W41EI-D in Algood, Tenn. — from the Winemiller’s Lowcountry 34 Media.
It is a $292,000 transaction, and there is no broker associated with this transaction.
Marquee is led by Brian Lane, and the company’s legal counsel in this transaction is Dan Kirkpatrick of BakerHostetler. The firm’s Davina Sashkin represented the Winemillers.
