101 ESPN names Rams Radio broadcast team

Hubbard Broadcasting’s WXOS-FM (101 ESPN), flagship for St. Louis Rams football, announced their Rams Radio broadcast team and show line-up for the 2011-2012 season. KMOV-TV (CBS)’s Sports Director Steve Savard continues as the Voice of the Rams, calling play by play. 101 ESPN Afternoon Drive Host and Former Rams Defensive Tackle D’Marco Farr will also continue as Color Analyst for Rams Radio.


101 ESPN’s NFL Insider/Reporter and On-Air Talent Tony Softli has been added as the St. Louis Rams Radio Sideline Reporter. He’s a former NFL Front Office Executive with 15 years of personnel experience, including four with the Rams organization. He was 101 ESPN’s NFL Analyst in 2010 and was promoted to his current game day role.     

In addition to full game day coverage 101 ESPN will air weekly shows, interviews and daily coverage of the Rams. It will also feature regular weekly call-in segments from St. Louis Rams Head Coach Steve Spagnuolo and running back Steven Jackson on “The Fast Lane” afternoon drive show, and welcomes second year offensive lineman Rodger Saffold for a weekly call during “Zach & the Coach” every Tuesday at 10:30 am. Assistant PD and Rams Radio Director and Executive Producer Chris “Hoss” Neupert will continue to provide direction and leadership for all Rams game-day programming.
