Stephen Scott Esq., Chapter 7 Trustee to Jones Broadcasting LLC (Gregory S. Jones). US Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Virginia abandoned shares of the stations to James L. Ahlemann, who sold them to Jones – however, as an expediency, keeping the stations legally in the hands of Scott was agreed to for FCC application purposes. [FCC file date 10/14/11]
