“Cristela” makes its debut 10/10/14 and the fact that the lead actor is Latina Cristela Alonzo has gotten the attention of a lengthy roster of Hispanic activist groups, including the National Hispanic Media Coalition.
ABC is kicking off the program at 8:30 eastern time, and the groups are urging the Hispanic community to tune in and support it.
