LPTVSilver Point Capital’s SP Television is selling four LPTV stations in three DMAs, including two major league cities. Buyer Media Vista Group will get a certain amount of bang for its low-power buck thanks to being the local home of Hispanic leader Univision in all three.

Coming in the deal are KUKC-LP Kansas City MO, WUMN-LP Minneapolis MN and two stations serving Florida’s southernmost Gulf Coast DMA, WUVF-LP Naples FL and WLZE-LD Fort Myers FL.

SP is headed by Duane Lammers. MVG is headed by Orlando Rosales.

The price is $3.5M cash, subject to adjustment should any of the stations find themselves subject to a displacement notification.
