FCC leaves LPTV out on a limb

LPTVThe FCC’s latest proposals for dealing with the LPTV aspect of the incentive auction proposes a handful of mitigating factors for the service. It also implies that the service is likely to suffer a great deal of harm.

One thing is certain: When it comes to finding a new home for stations displaced by channel repacking, the LPTV community is at the back of the line.
