Manning Broadcasting has agreed to buy two translators from American University. Both of the translators are located in Maryland in a deal brokered by Patrick Communications.
W228AB-FX in Paramount transmits 13 watts @ 303’ HAAT on 93.5 MHz. W228AM-FX in Frederick transmits 19 watts @ 1,119’ HAAT on 93.5 MHz.
Manning owns WWEG(FM), Hagerstown and plans to start a digital subchannel on WWEG and rebroadcast it on both translators.
Manning will pay $100,000 cash at closing in the deal brokered by Larry Patrick and Jason James.
