The world’s largest producer of Spanish-language audio and video content has decided when it will release its fiscal report card for the three-month period ending June 30.
TelevisaUnivision will report its second quarter 2024 financial results on Tuesday, July 23, and company leadership including CEO Wade Davis will host a conference call to discuss the results at 10:30am Eastern.
Although privately held, TelevisaUnivision and, before that entity was created, Univision Communications, have regularly shared their quarterly results with the investment community.
While TelevisaUnivision has received much attention for its end-of 2023 move to push more than $1 billion in debt repayments from 2025 to 2028, at a higher interest rate, Davis noted the company had a robust first quarter, saying “2024 started strong with great revenue growth and continued progress across our most important strategic initiatives.”
That said, Adjusted OIBDA was down 9% and domestic revenue was flat year-over-year, with improvements in Mexico accounting for most of the positive news for the company.
The company did not break out its domestic revenue by media.
