The broadcast TV station owner presently feuding over carriage fees with DirecTV has revealed when its next annual shareholders meeting will be.
TEGNA Inc. will hold its 2024 event for those who hold its NYSE-traded stock on Wednesday, April 24, starting at 9am Eastern.
The annual meeting will be held virtually online via a live webcast.
Shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 26, 2024, will be notified of the meeting and will be eligible to vote.
Details, including how shareholders can register to attend, will be available closer to the meeting date.
TEGNA shares have proven to be a steady performer across the last five years, trading in the mid-$22 range in late March 2022 before dipping to the high $13 range in October 2023. As of 1:20pm Eastern on Monday (1/8), TGNA was trading at $15.53.
Five years ago, TEGNA was trading in the high-$11 range.
