The Philip Falcone-led HC2 Holdings has acquired two more low-powered TV properties.

This time, he’s gone to North Texas, and just made a pair of deals for two LPTVs licensed to the city of Dallas.

In the first application filed Wednesday (3/7) with the FCC, KSFW-LD 2 in Dallas is being transferred to HC2 by De Mujer a Mujer International. The deal was consummated Feb. 16, the asset purchase agreement states.

The purchase price is $500,000. A 10% escrow deposit has been made with the Law Offices of Dan J. Alpert.

There is no broker or finder involved.

Concurrently, KHFW-LD 4 in Dallas is being snapped up by HC2 from Miami-based religious institution Iglesia Manmin Toda la Creación USA.

This entity is also getting $500,000 for its LPTV facility.

A $50,000 escrow payment for KHFW has been made with Dan J. Alpert.
