Katz Television Group upped Artie Altman to Executive Vice President of Millennium Sales and Marketing; Chris Jordan to Executive Vice President of Continental Television Sales; and Dave Bisceglia to Executive Vice President of Eagle Television Sales. Each will oversee day-to-day operations for all stations and offices.
