Iliana is paying $208,000 for WITY-AM 980 and W258CY in Danville, and a $5,000 escrow deposit is being held by Acton & Snyder LLP.
Representing the seller is Stephen Lovelady of Shainis & Peltzman; the buyer’s legal counsel is Scott Woodworth of Edinger Associates PLLC.
The transaction includes real property and all associated office and studio equipment.
