Quu Visual Network To Be Led By Rogers

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Steve Newberry-led Quu Inc., the broadcast technology enterprise focused on enhanced in-dash visual content for radio, has launched a new division focused on national advertising.


Leading it: an individual known for his radio and media sales expertise.

Sam Rogers has been selected to lead the Quu Visual Network (QuuVN). Its mission: to grow demand for visual advertising in local markets.

Rogers’ resume includes roles at Audacy Inc., CBS Radio, Radio One, and Cumulus Media.

“We’re focused on driving growth for our partners and the industry, so by highlighting the unique value of Quus, we can create new pathways for growth,” Rogers commented. “This isn’t about competing for ad budgets—it’s about bringing in new money. Visual advertising is an untapped revenue stream for radio stations, and we’re looking to realize its potential.”

Newberry added, “We aim to create opportunities for every Quu client by educating agencies and CMOs on the impact of visual content, whether for local, regional, or national campaigns. Sam’s leadership will be instrumental in attracting and motivating brand marketers to increase their investment in radio.”
