Bones Home Sold By Premiere-Syndicated Host

Each weekday morning across a web of radio stations in the U.S. and Canada, Bobby Bones, and co-hosts Amy, Lunchbox and Eddie entertain listeners with country music and pop culture-filled segments and bits.

It has helped make The Bobby Bones Show a valued property for Premiere Networks and its parent company, iHeartMedia — so much that Bones was present in June at the “iHeartCafé” pop-up across the Cannes Lions Festival in the south of France.

Now, Bones is poised to rake in millions from the sale of his Music City USA estate.

According to realtor.com, which shared the information late Thursday, Bones sold his palatial home in Nashville for $6.9 million at the start of June.

It’s a bit of a haircut for the radio host who first gained fame at Top 40 KHFI-FM in Austin.

The residence has been on the market since September 2023 and was first listed at $9.25 million. Then, price reductions were seen for the six-bedroom, 12-bathroom home.

Still, Bones will be earning quite the profit from the sale of the 5-acre estate, as he purchased it for roughly $3.7 million in 2020. Built in 2015, the property includes three buildings — along with a six-car garage, a gym, and what realtor.com describes as a “sport court.”
