When it comes to advising FCC Chairman Ajit Pai on media issues, his No. 1 confidant has been Alison Nemeth Steger.
She’s held the role since January 2017, moving up from a similar role in the Media Bureau and, before that, as an Honors Attorney in both the Media Bureau and the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau.
Now, Steger is ready to move on from the Commission.
