MyNetworkTV has revealed its new schedule for the Fall 2007 season.
The lineup, announced by Greg Meidel, President, MyNetworkTV, includes four reality programs, as well as a host of "Access Hollywood" produced specials and live sporting events.
Upon completion of the run of "American Heiress" and "Saints & Sinners," Wednesday nights will feature relationships and reality with "Divorce Wars" (working title) and "Meet My Folks." Tuesday night will take a look inside the world of law enforcement with the FOX Reality original, "The Academy," and the new unscripted series from the producers of "COPS," "Jail."
Produced by Scott Sternberg, FOX Reality original "The Academy" follows the rigorous 18-week course at Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Training Academy as cameras capture every moment of the mental and physical training process.
Shot on-location in cities across the U.S., "Jail" follows prison inmates from their initial booking through their first moments in the slammer.
From Stage 29 Productions' executive producer Jay McGraw comes "Divorce Wars," an intense real-life look at couples struggling to hold on to their relationships.
"Access Hollywood" will produce ten all new exposes. Other specials include exclusive coverage of two live AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour events, the AVP "Croc's Cup Championship" from Cincinnati on September 1st and the AVP "Gods & Goddesses of the Beach" from Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas on September 8th.
Returning for 2007-2008 will be "IFL Battleground" on Mondays, with an encore presentation on Saturdays. Thursdays and Fridays will continue to be "My Movie" nights.
The network has also partnered with FOX Reality and Mentorn USA to develop all new episodes of "Paradise Hotel" for debut in March 2008. Shot on-location in Mexico, the program will follow a group of single people living in a luxurious resort and competing to see who can stay in the hotel the longest.
