SAN LUIS OBISPO, CALIF. — With Dean Littleton now in the role of SVP of Local Media for The E.W. Scripps Co., a redesign of how its local stations are managed and run resulted in the departure of VP/GM Ed Chapuis, who ranks at No. 19 on RBR+TVBR’s Top Local TV Leaders list for 2023, from KSBY-6, as his position was eliminated.
At the time, Scripps said it was going with Station Managers. Now, KSBY-TV, the dominant NBC affiliate on California’s Central Coast, has one.
