A Pharma-Fueled Effort At Spot Television

It’s now approved for the treatment of moderate to severe eczema; ulcerative colitis; and ankylosing spondylitis. It’s already used for rheumatoid and psoriatic arthritis.

Informing consumers about its potential benefits has taken this pharmaceutical brand to viewers via a new Spot TV campaign — one that tops the latest Media Monitors report.

RINVOQ is now in the top spot, by spot play count.

The effort is the largest in the pharmaceutical category involving Spot TV for the week ending July 3, as Amazon Prime debuts with a wholly new effort and places at No. 2.

Meanwhile, new efforts from Macy’s and Lowe’s are big ones, while Allstate makes its presence as the lone auto insurance specialist in the latest Spot Ten TV report.

What’s perhaps most notable is that only two of the previous week’s 10 largest users of Spot TV can be found on the latest report — McDonald’s and the CDC.
