A station to be in an unrated portion of Colorado not too far from its capital city is being sold. It will be the buyer’s sixth commercial station and seventh overall.
The station is KZLL-FM CP, licensed to Log Lane Village CO.
The seller is JER Licenses LLC. Jon E. Robinson signed off on the application.
The buyer is Northeast Colorado Broadcasting LLC. Alexander L Crieghton is managing member and holds of the company; the remaining 33% is held by Christine H. Creighton.
The price is $70,000 cash.
KZLL-FM will operate on 93.5 MHz with 11 kW @ 203’.
Will form a station cluster with KSIR-AM/KPRB-FM Brush. The Brush stations have further overlap with stations in Sterling, Menino, Fleming and Crook, none of which will overlap KZLL.
Further, the station in Crook – KOOW-FM – in non-commercial and does not factor in when computing compliance with local ownership caps.
