BOCA RATON, FLA. — As expected, the conservative-leaning cable TV news brand that is also in the radio syndication realm thanks to “The Newsmax Daily with Rob Carson” has confidentially filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission an offering statement.
As such, Newsmax expects to conduct an initial public offering “later this year or in early 2025.”
