The former EVP/Sales for American Urban Radio Networks is now President of Network Sales, continuing to be responsible for all ad sales and marketing partnerships. Eisen tells RBR-TVBR he’s very excited to move the company forward into the next couple of years. “Our immediate goals, as always, are to increase our revenues. We want to build upon 2010, which was a good year, and move it further. We’ve got new shows, including Doug Banks and picked up a new network—The Elite Network. We’re moving into 2011 very strong.”

Eisen joined AURN in 2001 as Regional Director Marketing & Sales. His broadcasting history began at Westwood One Radio Network as an Account Executive. There he developed national radio strategies and marketing plans for top level advertising agencies with an emphasis on “New Business Development”.

Howard later joined SFX Radio Network where he was National Account Manager and was responsible for negotiating world premier syndicated music programs in the rock, urban and country genre.  Eisen has also held several major marketing roles at various advertising agencies including Earl Palmer Brown, Backer Spielvogel Bates and SSC&B/Lintas.

Said Ronald Davenport Sr., Co-Chairman of AURN: “Over the past three years, some of the worst in our country’s history, Howard has led our sales team and we have held our own, despite the climate, which I believe is a tribute to his leadership.  I believe our best days are ahead of us and I believe he’s the best person to take us there” said Davenport.
