An affiliate of the CBS Television Network that offers MyNetwork TV programming on one of its multicast channels had been planning to upgrade its facilities from a digital VHF to a digital UHF signal. However, construction delays meant Gray Media would be unable to meet the expiration date for making the move happen.
After seeking public input to negate the move, the FCC has allowed the rewind to transpire.
