Dollar Details Arrive As Worship 24/7 Merges With Hope

It was a partnership that started in 2023 with a Local Marketing Agreement on a single station in Oregon. Hope Media Group and Worship 24/7 are set to formally unite in a merger of the two Christian radio networks, as RBR+TVBR first reported in late June.

It is now known how much HMG will be paying to obtain Worship 24/7’s assets, based on a series of filings posted to the FCC’s LMS on Wednesday.

As a result, KURT-FM 93.7, which serves the Bend, Ore., area, will become a HMG O&O, with President Tim Dukes signing off on the asset purchase agreement.

H&H Broadcasting is officially the licensee of KURT, and it will earn $255,455 from the sale of the FM.

Concurrently, W247 Broadcasting is selling KTDD-FM 104.9 in Eatonville, Wash., a Class C3 FM serving Tacoma from the south, to HMG.

With Kathleen Victory of Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth serving as the legal counsel for Worship 24/7, and Davina Sashkin of Wilkinson Barker Knauer handling the FCC paperwork for HMG, a $651,180.96 price tag was agreed to by the parties.

That constitutes a “bargain sale,” as HMG and Worship 24/7 acknowledge that the purchase price is well below the estimated fair market value of $1,503,224. That’s based on an estimated valuation of the station assets dated May 2, 2025, issued to Worship 24/7 by MCH Enterprises Inc.

Meanwhile, “247 Media Ministries” is donating to HMG the following properties:
