Nearly two years ago, a low-power FM radio station serving the northeast corner of Palm Beach County, Fla., was handed a significantly large proposed fine by the FCC’s Enforcement Bureau.
Now, Bureau Chief Loyaan Egal has decided to uphold the monetary forfeiture, rejecting a petition for reconsideration filed by the licensee.
