The licensee of an FM translator serving Birmingham, Ala., that agreed to sell the facility in June 2020 has been handed a Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture from FCC Media Bureau Audio Division Chief Al Shuldiner for operating the mini-FM at a variance from its license without the Commission’s OK.
