Clark Howard dedicates 42nd home for Habitat for Humanity

Dial Global’s Clark Howard has been involved with homebuilding with Atlanta Habitat For Humanity for the past 16 years. On 2/25 and 2/26, he will dedicate his 40th, 41st, and 42nd home and welcome three Atlanta families into their new homes. One of the dedications will be in the memory of Royal Marshall, a long time producer of Dial Global’s Neal Boortz show who passed away suddenly earlier this year.

Clark began supporting Habitat for Humanity in 1996 after raising enough money for his first house. He built the house with the volunteer labor of his listeners and the family of the homeowner. Clark dedicated his first house to his father, who supported the homeless by opening a shelter in their synagogue in Atlanta.

Atlanta Habitat for Humanity partners with working families, sponsors, and communities to build affordable, green, quality homes and provides support services that promote successful home purchase and ownership.
