A home for "praise and inspiration" serving Texas' capital city with a Class D AM with a 2kw signal from 3 towers has been sold. The price the buyer is paying for the daytime-only operation to the northeast of Austin is something to take note of. Why? It's actually a pretty impressive valuation.

He's now opting to sell the facility, and at a fraction of the price he paid for it.

Pending FCC approval, their shares in the stations will be transferred to a single individual who, with his wife, have long been tied to the operation of the stations.

It's known for "Michigan's Positive Hits," with 21 radio signals across the Mitten State offering Worship Music to fans of the Contemporary Christian Music (CCM) genre. Now, it is agreeing to purchase the property and license associated with a Class A FM licensed to the city of West Branch.

A small broadcaster with TV stations in its home market of Salisbury-Ocean City, Md.; and four other markets has just agreed to acquire a CP for a low-power television station in one of those markets — a move that bolsters its presence there. It's a deal brokered by Bob Heymann of Media Services Group.
