A Public License Transfer For A ‘Rocky’ Translator
At 90.9 MHz in Fort Collins, Colo.,, is a 150-watt FM translator providing the city a mix of classic hits as "K-Rocky." It has simulcast programming originating at a Wyoming facility with a CP for a Class A signal serving a largely rural area to the east of Casper. Now, the translator is being sold to the Rocky Mountain State's largest NPR-affiliated group.
