FCC publishes mutually exclusive LPFM filings
And there are quite a few: Via a Public Notice, the Media Bureau has identified by group all of the mutually exclusive (MX) applications filed in the recent LPFM window. Effective 12/16, applicants may also electronically file certain amendments using the Commission’s Consolidated Database System (CDBS). The Bureau says it will provide expedited processing for all amendments, settlement requests and time-share agreements filed during the next 60 days to resolve technical conflicts. Here is how the filings are organized and processed:

No date set for digital radio in U.K.
No date has been set for when national radio stations will stop broadcasting on FM as too few people currently listen on digital devices, the UK Government has confirmed with Yahoo News. Culture Minister Ed Vaizey said 35.6% of radio listening is currently done via digital devices (DAB radio and the internet). An official switchover can take place when this figure hits 50% and when existing FM coverage has been replicated on DAB networks.
