A point system analysis for NCE MX Group 152 was conducted by the Commission at the start of the year, a result of mutually exclusive applications filed during the FCC’s November 2021 noncommercial FM radio station filing window.
A tentative selectee was chosen by the Commission. This was changed in the January 2024 decision. Now, there’s another shift with respect to what group will be moving forward with the creation of the FM noncomm, which will serve Gallup, N. Mex.
