Two of radio’s most recognizable voices are stepping behind the podium for Radio Ink and RBR+TVBR‘s Forecast 2027. One is a Radio Hall of Fame host and four-time Gracie Award recipient. The other has spent nearly 20 years in Boston sports radio.
Sharing emcee duties at Forecast 2027 on November 12 at the Harvard Club in the City of New York are iHeartMedia personality Angela Yee and Fred Toucher, based at Beasley Media Group’s WBZ-FM “98.5 The Sports Hub.”
Yee is a Radio Hall of Fame host and four-time Gracie Award recipient, best known as the host of Way Up with Angela Yee, syndicated nationally by iHeartMedia’s Premiere Networks from WWPR “Power 105.1” in New York. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Yee began her career in marketing before moving into radio at SiriusXM’s Shade 45 and later co-founding The Breakfast Club.
Toucher launched his radio career in 1999 as an executive assistant at WNNX “99X” in Atlanta before working his way into on-air hosting. He arrived in Boston in 2006 at the former WBCN and joined The Sports Hub some three years later.
