Norsan Media has appointed a Vice President of Sales and Operations for the Florida Market, and he began his new role on Monday. Until April, he served as a division VP of Sales for Multicultural at iHeartMedia.
Eddy Elguezabal will manage sales strategy, revenue growth, and daily operations for Florida properties, including Orlando and Jacksonville, to strengthen client partnerships and expand the company’s multimedia presence. He will also focus on revenue growth, talent development, and multimedia evolution throughout Florida.
“Eddy’s strategic track record and collaborative leadership make him an excellent addition as we grow our Florida operations and deliver value to our audiences and advertisers,” said Edgar Saucedo, President of Norsan Media.
Elguezabal brings 34 years of media leadership experience, and until joining iHeartMedia in February 2025 served as President/GM of TelevisaUnivision’s Orlando and Tampa properties. He previously led Univision/Philadelphia as GM, and served as Director of Sales for that market and for Univision’s Atlanta and Raleigh-Durham operations.
In fact, Elguezabal spent more than 30 years at Univision in its various incarnations, beginning in 1993 as an account executive in Miami.

He is a graduate of Florida International University in Miami.
