Nexstar Media Group installed a new TEGNA Board of Directors comprised entirely of Nexstar’s CEO, President, CFO, General Counsel, and the former President of its broadcasting division — and DirecTV says that’s a problem, as it constitutes a compliance issue with a preliminary injunction issued by a California federal district judge in April 17 putting a “hold separate” order in effect.
