SBS’s Legal Counsel Submits Post-Bankruptcy Plan For FCC OK

A series of filings have been made to the FCC for its regulatory approval of Spanish Broadcasting System‘s plan to emerge from bankruptcy protection — a path that will solidify a reorganization giving shareholders a big say in what transpires next for the radio and television company founded in 1983 by Raúl Alarcón Jr.
