PHOENIX — Skyview Networks has completed what Chairman and President/CEO Steve Jones calls a series of structural adjustments — moves that see “a key driver of our revenue growth and portfolio expansion” take the role of Chief Operating Officer.
Three others were singled out, too, as a former ESPN staffer is coming aboard.
Jones says the changes are part of Skyview’s “ongoing efforts to accelerate Skyview Networks’ growth,” and are designed “to sharpen strategy, improve alignment and increase efficiency across the company.”
Taking the COO is Andrew Kalb, who rises from Executive VP/Strategic Business Operations. Described as “a key driver of our revenue growth and portfolio expansion” by Jones, “his new title and oversight reflect the leadership role he plays across the organization, a change intended to strengthen coordination and execution across our operational functions.”
Kalb joined Skyview in April 2022. For more than 22 years until June 2019, he held various roles at ABC News under the ABC Audio arm.
These changes create clearer, more focused leadership around the priorities that matter most, and I’m confident they will help us move quickly, enhance innovation and stay at the leading edge of a changing media landscape as we build toward the future.
At the same time, Clayton Nix will become Chief Financial Officer, rising from Executive VP of Finance. He joined Skyview as VP of Finance in August 2024 and previously led finance and business operations for Cox Media Group’s radio stations.
For Sarah Foss, who recently joined Skyview after exiting Audacy, she’ll take the role of Chief Transformation Officer. While “CTO,” her final role at Audacy until leaving in May 2025 was as Chief Technology Officer, rising from Chief Information Officer, a role she had upon joining Audacy in September 2020. Before joining Audacy, Foss served as SVP of Strategic Initiatives for FreeWheel Advertisers. Prior to that role, she had held various executive roles at global technology leaders such as Imagine Communications.
Foss first gained national recognition 20 years ago, when she joined VCI Solutions, where she became President/CEO in March 2008. Prior to joining VCI Solutions, Foss was at Harris Broadcast Communications, as well in management roles at local TV stations and at media-related Internet start-ups.
Ethan Aragon “will move beyond traditional reporting and analytics responsibilities” in taking the role of Sr. Executive Director of Business Strategy. Aragon, who joined Skyview in 2014, was Senior Executive Director of Insights.
Lastly, Skyview is welcoming Nicholaus Tzineff as a Revenue Analytics Strategist. He previously served as Director of Audio Research at ESPN. Previous roles include serving as Senior Manager/Research and Western Region Ad Sales head for Premiere Networks, from July 2005-April 2011.
“These changes reflect our continued investment in the leadership and structure needed to support Skyview’s next chapter, and I look forward to all we will accomplish together,” Jones said.
