It bills itself as “Tennis. Turned Up.” If you’re not familiar with “the revolutionary professional co-ed tennis league redefining the sport with its fast-paced, team-based format,” iHeartMedia is set to land an ace in the ears of its audio content consumers across the U.S.
A “landmark partnership” announced Thursday (5/28) has made iHeartRadio the official audio partner of INTENNSE.
The agreement means iHeartRadio will serve as the league’s official and exclusive audio partner. Content to be shared by iHeartMedia includes original INTENNSE-branded audio content; live streamed iHeart Practice Court segments at select matches; promotional campaigns aired across iHeartMedia’s national network of broadcast radio stations; cross-platform digital campaigns that drive tune-in and build INTENNSE’s national fanbase; and iHeartRadio brand integration and on-site fan activations during INTENNSE live match events at Assembly Studios in Atlanta.
“The partnership is designed to amplify INTENNSE’s momentum as the league enters the 2026 season with 10 teams competing at Assembly Studios in Atlanta while building national awareness in advance of the league’s planned expansion and growth targets,” INTENNSE says.
There’s also naming rights for iHeartMedia: the INTENNSE Arena practice court will now become the “iHeart Practice Court.”
“INTENNSE represents exactly the kind of bold, innovative sports property that resonates with the iHeart audience – co-ed, team-driven and built for the next generation of sports fans,” said Michael Biondo, President of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships for iHeartMedia. “We’re proud to be the official audio partner of INTENNSE and to use the full power of our platform to introduce the league to millions of new fans from coast to coast.”
INTENNSE CEO Charles Allen comments, “iHeartMedia tells stories at a scale we simply can’t replicate on our own, and that’s exactly why this partnership matters. Tennis has never had a product like ours: co-ed, team-based, fast-paced, and built for the moment we’re living in. But a great product still needs to find its audience, and iHeart opens doors well beyond where we are today. This is a chance to build something together, bring new fans into the INTENNSE world, and grow the league in ways that are good for everyone at the table.”
The partnership is structured to grow alongside INTENNSE as the league expands from its Atlanta hub, positioning iHeart as the league’s long-term audio and media partner.
