For 18 years he was associated with Kozacko Media Services. Now, George Kimble has gone out on his own and has his first sale filed with the FCC for regulatory approval. It involves an AM radio station with an FM translator serving a growing community in northeast South Dakota.

The buyer is Los Angeles-based music producer and RadioPluStreaming founder Peter John, who is effectively acquiring all of the shares of Gray Ghost from Managing Member Ron Schacht, who is retiring.

The transaction is valued at $125,000.

KQKD operates with 500 watts during daylight hours and 142 watts at night.

Kimble, as broker, is operating under RadioTVforsale.com.

Serving as Schacht’s legal counsel is Dawn Sciarrino of Sciarrino & Shubert PLLC.
