FCC Unanimously Says Yes To LPTV Act

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The FCC on Tuesday deleted the consideration of a Report and Order to implement legislation that provides eligible low-power television stations with an opportunity to apply for primary status and protect their ability to deliver local programming.


Why? There’s no need for debate, because all five vote makers at the FCC believe the Low Power Protection Act‘s implementation should move forward without any further discussion.
