In addition to its broadcast television station roster and cable TV offering Tennis Channel, Sinclair Inc. unit Sinclair Broadcast Group is also the entity behind the Comet, CHARGE! and TBD digital multicast networks, largely found as “HD” broadcasts tied to over-the-air channels that enjoy widespread MVPD distribution.
Sinclair has a fourth digital multicast network in its stable, and it is getting a redo, as Stadium is ready to shift to an OTT-only operation.
