The process of renewing a radio station’s license has the potential of revealing to the FCC Media Bureau’s Audio Division a failure to adhere to Commission rules. And, that’s exactly what has happened to an Iowa broadcaster which has entered into a Consent Decree with the Commission to resolve an “OPIF” rule violation at each of its two radio stations.
