In what Preston Padden, the former broadcast television network executive turned public policy advocate, is cheering as a win, the FCC on Wednesday granted a request from a non-partisan all-volunteer grassroots community formed in 2020 to deny the license renewal of a FOX Television Stations-owned property in Philadelphia on the grounds that it aired content produced by FOX News during the 2020 U.S. presidential election cycle it deems false.
